Over the past several years, I’ve honed my design thinking around feasibility, viability, and desirability while considering the real needs of users. I've also improved efficiency by setting up scaleable design systems and standards to create consistent on-brand designs. My Design Process
Identify & Empathize
First I identify the problem, define why it is important to solve and explore the human context.
Research & Ideate
Then I dive into mind-mapping, competitive research, conduct user interviews and develop personas.
Design, Prototype & Test
Once I have a solid foundation, it's time to create. I shift my focus to sketches, wireframes, gathering feedback, scale up to rich visual designs, prototype, conduct usability tests and iterate.
Launch & Refine
After the handoff to engineering, I continue to provide support through launch. Then, I also define a plan for analyzing behavior metrics and identify product enhancements.
